Mark Perez graduated from Colorado State University with his Bachelors of Science in Exercise & Sport Science and a Masters of Science in Nutritional Science. His specialties include cancer prevention/screening and cancer treatment using a state of the art bloodwork analysis program that targets the cancer while boosting the immune system.

Marissa Nolan graduated from Johnson & Wales University with an Associates in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's in Culinary Arts. Her specialties include the LEAP food sensitivity testing program, diet design (for athletic perfomance or an easy to use portion guide for weight loss/control), personal cheffing, cooking and catering.
